Three wireless security myths – busted! [VIDEO]

Here’s a great video by my good chum Paul Ducklin, a regular contributor to Sophos’s award-winning Naked Security site.

In his “Busting wireless security myths” video, Duck gives some great insight into different myths about wireless security that everyone who runs a WiFi network at home or in the office should know about.

The WiFi security myths that Duck busts are:

  • Hiding your network name
  • MAC address filtering
  • Wireless encryption using WEP
