There’s no official word on what the problem is, but Ingram Micro’s website has been down since Thursday morning. They claim to be “currently experiencing technical difficulties…”

Ingram Micro might not be talking, but there’s plenty of speculation and bandying about of the term “ransomware” over on Reddit.
Update 6 July 2025 Ingram Micro confirms it has been hit by ransomware.
