The tagline on this blog says “Thoughts from the desk of computer security veteran Graham Cluley”.

Reader Simon got in touch to ask if the desk had many thoughts about computer security, as in his experience they tend to keep schtum about such things. I think he’s got a point. And what qualifies me as a veteran anyway?

Clearly this deserves deeper investigation. For those who are interested, here is a picture of the desk in question.

If you look closely you can see Freddi Staur the Facebook Frog, who got banished from the social-networking site after exposing how easy it was to steal identities. If you have any ideas on what my desk should be thinking, please let me know.
