“Jobs with Google” scam spammed out on Twitter

There has been a new wave of the Google Jobs scam on Twitter that others have been tracking for some time.

Just as I was putting my suit on to attend the Virus Bulletin gala dinner tonight, I became aware that a number of Twitter users were trying to interest me in getting a job at Google.

A quick search on Twitter revealed many other people were seeing similar messages. In fact, as I type this, I can see scores of new messages like the following being posted on the site:

I heard on the news Google was hiring people to work from home. Here is the news article http://dwarfurl.com/01662

Clicking on the link takes your browser to www.jobswithgoogle.com, which appears to be an audaciously-crafted fake news page promoting employment with the search engine giant:
