Dr Who and the Viagra Spammers of Doom

I haven’t exactly kept it a secret on this blog that I’m a huge fan of the British TV series “Doctor Who”. There have been numerous gratuitous references to the show that I have loved since I was about three years old.

I was, therefore, bemused to receive some spam this morning that appeared to be referencing Doctor Who and the recent series of “specials” that have seen lead actor David Tennant regenerate into what appears to be a sixth former with floppy hair and gangly fingers. (Do I sound bitter that the BBC has not only hired someone other than myself to play The Doctor, but also that he’s younger than me?)

The image in the spam, which promotes an online pharmacy, isn’t Doctor Who-related of course, but the subject line is. And it’s just the latest example of…
