Answers on a postcard please..

I’m always happy to get feedback on stories I’ve featured on the Clu-blog. At the moment you have to drop me an email, but I’m hopeful that soon I’ll get the web wizards to give us a comment facility up here so everyone will be able to see your pearls of wisdom.

But maybe you can help me out with the following email I’ve received. It’s clearly related to the story of the Monster security breach, but I really have no clue as to how I should respond.
